At Drake Related, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; you will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
